We deeply value the support of our donors and well-wishers. To maintain transparency and trust, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Cura Foundation through our website or authorized platforms are final and non-refundable.

Once a donation is completed and the transaction is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or refund the amount, regardless of the reason.

This is because your generous contribution is immediately allocated toward our active projects that support children, elderly people, animals, and underprivileged communities.

No Exchange of Goods or Services
Please note that donations made to Cura Foundation are voluntary contributions, and are not in exchange for any goods, services, or commercial benefits.

Duplicate or Error in Transaction
If you believe a technical issue or duplicate transaction has occurred, please contact us within 7 working days of the donation date.

After internal verification, and if the issue is valid, a refund may be processed — minus any bank or transaction charges.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
In case of a fraudulent transaction or unauthorized use of your payment method, kindly notify us and your bank immediately.
We will investigate and, if the donation has not been used, we may initiate a refund after proper verification.

Loss of Donation Eligibility
If, for any reason, Cura Foundation becomes ineligible to receive donations, any donations made after such disqualification and not yet used will be refunded to the donor.
